Leadership Development Sessions and Workshops are open to professional groups and organizations committed to the protection and advancement of women and women of color leaders.

Leadership Development programs and workshops will be scheduled over an agreed upon duration/period of time, based on predetermined leadership development goals and desired outcomes. Elements of the Equilibrium Framework will be featured during those engagements.
