In my own experience and my experience developing women of color leaders, I found recurring patterns in how we are treated, and how we navigate power and toxicity.
The way we own and leverage our formal and informal power has a direct impact on how we get the recognition, resources and opportunities we want.
I built the Equilibrium Framework to counterbalance the patterns of behavior that accelerate our depletion and demise, and replace them with a leadership foundation that enables us to survive, but thrive as leaders in corporate, non-profit, and academic spaces.
