Sessions are one hour, with a corresponding half hour consultation for context beforehand.

This offering is for women at mid- and senior levels who want a more flexible growth pathway in specific, pre-identified areas.
This is option is a middle ground; the six sessions provide continuity and opportunities to develop ongoing and effective habits, strategies, and action. Individualized materials will be provided as needed, and scheduling is flexible. Interim 1:1 communication via chat is available if desired.

TRANSFORM ME
12 One-Hour Sessions + Materials + Modules + Interim Communication
This offering is the most effective option to build and sustain long-term strategies and fully claim one's power, autonomy, and balance in toxic environments.
This package was originally designed for senior leaders, but can be customized for mid-level leadership.
Higher levels of leadership can present us with multiple challenges on multiple levels. Addressing them requires us to identify where our formal and informal power can be leveraged, and to use strategic thinking in service of our own leadership trajectory.
This ongoing engagement offers multiple avenues of support to help crystallize desired outcomes, and cultivate the personal transformation needed to sustain new practices in the future.
